I am always stuck for ideas for lunch and I came across these.

I didn’t have any tomato for the base so I used red pesto instead.

I threw whatever I had in the fridge on the top.

Covered with cheese

Carefully put on a hot pan until the cheese starts to melt.

I finished it off under the grill. Sophie isn’t really fussed on normal pizza but she finished most of this off, I had to fight her to even get to try it.
