Some things that I love

Something I read

Calmer easier happier parenting by Noel Janis-Norton. Now I’m not a huge fan of parenting books I do have a few gathering dust in my bookcase. Some mum’s from my September 09 birth board were talking about the threenager stage. A couple of them had recommended this book as it had helped. Anything is worth a try when a meltdown over nothing happens!

calmer, easier, happier, parenting

Some thing I watched

I must admit I watch A LOT of tv at the minute I’m watching Girls season 2 I love it.  Also this week I watched the pilot episode for The following seems promising so far.

The Following

Some thing I wore

Electric blue skinny jeans for all of half an hour. I’m too self conscious to go out in something so bright, I don’t like attracting attention to myself. I didn’t take a photo as they weren’t on me long enough but this photo gives an Idea of the colour.

Some thing I listened to

Alt-J is a band I got into a while ago this is one of their songs Matilda, Its one of my favourites.

Some thing I cannot live without

The thing I really could not live without is my family, especially this week as I’ve been sick.

One Response to Some things that I love

  1. Love your choices! Would love to know if that book helps as my five year old is still prone to meltdowns. Oh and Matilda by Alt-J is one of my favourite songs. I often sing it to my littlest whose middle name is Matilda. Thanks so much for joining in xx
