Homemade Fish Fingers

This is my recipe from the Fish is the Dish Family cook book. I love going to their website for  recipe inspiration. Ever since I went to the Cookery class they hosted here in the Belfast Cookery School, fish has definitely been on the menu a lot more. Sophie nows eats and loves mussels all because of these wonderful people, I would have never have thought to give her mussels and now its a firm favourite, she would eat them all the time if I let her. Its the easiest and quickest thing to make it takes around 3 to 4 minutes in all.  These fish fingers take around 7 minutes and Sophie loves them its also a recipe that she can help with even if it does get a little messy. So go check out the website if your looking for a little inspiration.
